Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturer technical certifications (e.g., Fluke, Corning, CommScope).
• BICSI Installation certification preferred.
• 30-hr OSHA certification required.
• 2+ years construction/telecommunications/data center experience with strong tech background.
• Familiar with Fluke, Viavi testing equipment.
• Ability to read technical specifications and blueprints.
• Maintains current knowledge of industry practices and training methods.
• Ability to evaluate training needs and develop training strategies.

Responsibilities

• Administer and transfer knowledge for E2IQ Development training programs including bootcamps and customized instruction.
• Contribute to development of new training curriculum and update existing content.
• Collaborate with local leadership to define training needs and deliver effective training events.
• Develop training materials using a variety of media.
• Lead Train the Trainer activities to grow local training capabilities.
• Ensure training aligns with client spaces and safety policies.
