Job summary

E2 Optics is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to administer and transfer knowledge across our technical training programs. You will develop introductory and advanced curricula, deliver hands-on and bootcamp-style training, and partner with local leadership to tailor content for client environments.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in telecommunications or data center training, experience with Fluke/Viavi testing tools, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and delivering technical training programs.
• Ability to read technical specifications and translate them into training content.
• Familiarity with hands-on and classroom training methodologies.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and safety standards in data centers.

Responsibilities

• Administer and transfer knowledge for E2IQ Development training programs.
• Develop new training curricula and update existing content.
• Deliver training events aligned with required skills and competencies.
• Collaborate with leadership to define technical training needs.
• Create effective training materials using multimedia.
• Conduct Train the Trainer activities to build local capability.
• Coordinate with Operations, Safety, and Quality to integrate training.
• Assess training impact and update programs accordingly.
• Travel required 10–25% to E2 Optics sites and ATFs.
