Job summary

Polaris Inc. is offering a Finance Leadership Development Program Associate in Minnesota. The three-year program provides rotations across FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, and other finance areas, with mentorship and leadership development.

Placement will be in Plymouth, Medina, Huntsville, Elkhart, or Wyoming locations, followed by a full-time finance role based on performance and business needs. The program emphasizes cross-functional exposure, relocation support, and paid development

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting with graduation between Aug 2026 and May 2027.
Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
Must be able to commit to 40 hours per week starting on Jan 11, 2027 or Jun 14, 2027.
Must be a U.S. person and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
Willing to relocate/travel between sites for rotations and be mobile for career development.
Demonstrated leadership experience in student organizations or work; strong analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint.
