Qualifications

• Design leadership curricula for multiple leader levels across the enterprise using adult learning principles.
• Conduct needs analysis with business leaders to define required leadership skills at each level.
• Create diverse instructional materials including e-learning, videos, facilitator guides, and job aids.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Center of Excellence (COE) program and leadership curricula across sites and languages.
• Design and manage cohort strategies, program design, and skills-gap assessments.
• Facilitate leadership programs in person and virtually for frontline, field, and corporate audiences.
• Develop and manage Train-the-Trainer initiatives to increase internal capacity.
• Scope and support change management for large enterprise initiatives.
