Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or substitute with extensive industry experience.
• 1–2 years of successful experience leading training organizations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of Adult Learning Theories and generational strategies.
• Ability to lead teams and manage performance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop direct reports through coaching, observations, and actions.
• Track, analyze, and report training effectiveness across the lifecycle.
• Create governance to ensure client training compliance including certifications.
• Communicate data-driven findings with client feedback and recommendations.
• Review curricula and implement interventions based on gaps and throughput.
• Lead learning solutions with instructional design principles for evaluation metrics.
• Support staff development and client leadership through certifications.
• Collaborate with QA to develop training solutions from evaluation data.
• Build client relationships through meetings and calibration sessions.
• Partner with Operations, TA, and WFM to determine needs and resources.
• Develop new courses/modules for new products and performance opportunities.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships to drive results.
