Job summary

Cantex in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Manager of Training & Development to design, implement, and continuously improve enterprise-wide learning programs that strengthen leadership and organizational effectiveness.

You will partner with HR leadership, operations, and executives to identify development needs, create learning solutions, and foster a culture of continuous learning across Cantex companies. Strong emphasis on leadership development, onboarding, and compliance training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, OD, Education, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in training, organizational development, leadership development, or HR.
• Experience designing and facilitating leadership training programs.
• Experience with learning management systems and adult learning methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage leadership development programs for supervisors, managers, directors, and executives.
• Create learning pathways that support internal talent development and succession planning.
• Facilitate leadership workshops on communication, performance management, accountability, conflict resolution, coaching, engagement, and change management.
• Coordinate new leader onboarding and management development programs.
• Partner with HR and operational leaders to identify capability gaps and support workforce development.
• Design and deliver training programs through instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced formats.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, metrics, and outcomes.
• Maintain training materials and learning resources.
