Job summary

Cantex-Continuing-Care-Network is seeking a Manager of Training & Development to design, implement, and continuously improve enterprise-wide learning programs that strengthen leadership capability, engagement, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.

The role partners with HR leadership, operations, clinical leadership, and executives to identify training needs, develop learning solutions, and foster a culture of continuous learning across all Cantex companies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in training, organizational development, leadership development, or human resources.
  • Experience designing and facilitating leadership training programs.
  • Experience working with learning management systems and adult learning methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage leadership development programs for supervisors, managers, directors, and executives.
  • Create learning pathways that support internal talent development and succession planning.
  • Facilitate leadership workshops on communication, performance management, accountability, conflict resolution, coaching, employee engagement, and change management.
  • Coordinate new leader onboarding and management development programs.
  • Partner with HR and operational leaders to identify organizational capability gaps.
  • Support talent review, succession planning, and workforce development initiatives.
  • Facilitate team-building and organizational effectiveness programs.
