You’ll own the development journey from consideration to the first year in the role, creating practical, engaging experiences that help leaders navigate real challenges and build high‑performing teams. Qualifications

• Experience designing leadership programs for new or first-time leaders at scale.
• Strong learning experience design blending live and digital resources.
• Product-minded approach with data-driven decision making.
• Experience building learning communities and peer networks.
• Experience integrating leadership assessments and coaching into programs.
• Strong program management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Creative, resourceful problem-solver who experiments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of leadership programs for new leaders.
• Build scalable learning journeys and timely support.
• Design engaging experiences with workshops and peer learning.

• Partner with People, Talent, and Learning teams.
• Experiment, collect feedback, and improve programs.
