Job summary

Chick-fil-A Horn Lake is seeking a Restaurant Leader to own shifts in front counter, kitchen, or drive-thru, modeling operations and coaching team members. You will hire, schedule, train, and supervise to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Leaders participate in a structured training path, with transitions from Team Member Trainer to Team Lead or higher, and support a culture of grit, ownership, and service excellence.

Looking for leaders who can work in one of the following shifts:

Kitchen Leadership Trainee Day shiftare responsible for Breakfast and Lunch

Shift: 5:30 am to 4 pm

Kitchen Leadership Trainee Night shiftare responsible for the Afternoon and Evening shift

Shift: 2:00 pm to close
