Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience required.
• At least 3 years in HR or Learning & Development client consulting or a combination.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide development programs from strategy and design to execution and evaluation.
• Serve as trusted advisor on development trends and internal shifts impacting talent needs.
• Partner with business leaders and HR to promote internal mobility and effective development strategies.
• Integrate research, talent data, and market intelligence into analyses guiding decisions.
• Embrace data and analytics to measure program effectiveness and impact.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and advise on talent development best practices.
• Educate stakeholders and mentors to deliver a consistent, impactful development experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal/external partners (vendors, coaches).
• Collaborate with the Business, HR Consultants, Compensation, Legal to drive alignment on participant experience.
