State Employees' Credit Union is seeking a Senior Leadership Advisor to partner with people leaders, deliver leadership skills workshops, and mentor managers. The role focuses on developing staff through the Leadership Development program and coordinating cohorts across in-person and virtual formats.

Qualified candidates have 5–8 years of relevant leadership development experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to engage with external content providers to enhance learning

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Leadership Development, Organizational Development, Training, or Human Resources or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience leading a team and delivering leadership or soft skills content.
• Superior written and verbal communication with audience-focused storytelling.
• Willingness to obtain certifications (Center for Creative Leadership, LinkedIn Learning).

Responsabilidades

• Lead interactive leadership and professional/soft skills workshops, both in-person and virtual.
• Mentor and partner with leaders to prioritize development and adoption of strengths-based management.
• Manage cohorts, including tracking and survey administration and cross-partner collaboration.
• Assist with communications, registrations, and event logistics as a liaison between L&D and business leaders.
