Job summary

You will mentor executives, manage cohorts and surveys, handle communications and events, and collaborate with external content providers, while traveling up to 40% in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years leading a team.
• Experience delivering leadership or soft skills content.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to obtain certifications with core leadership programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead interactive leadership and professional/soft skills workshops, in-person and virtual.
• Mentor and form advisory relationships, promoting leadership development adoption.
• Cohort management including tracking and survey management.
• Assist with communications, registrations, and events as a partner between L&D and business leaders.
