Boston Consulting Group seeks a Leadership Coach for NAMR CT to deliver high-quality coaching across the North America region, spanning the US, Canada, and Mexico. You will work with senior staff and diverse consultants to foster adaptive leadership, communication, and performance.

In this role you will support both direct and indirect coaching activities, help shape best practices, and contribute to the evolution of coaching and L&D through new digital tools and responsible AI.

Responsibilities

• Provide top quality coaching to NAMR CT staff.
• Direct coaching of NAMR CT staff across the US, Canada, and Mexico.
• Offerings include: new manager group coaching, communications and presence group coaching, business-sponsored one-on-one engagements.
• Common topics include: navigating big transitions, confidence in communications, sustainable performance.
• Indirect coaching activities to support the above and contribute to team development.
