Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking a Sales Instructor to design and deliver sales training programs, onboarding new hires, and coaching existing teams to improve performance. The role requires engaging training materials and collaboration with sales leadership to align content with company goals.

Travel to various locations will be required to support sales teams, with the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of presentation and facilitation/training experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience developing training materials and curriculum design.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs for onboarding and ongoing development.
• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions and provide coaching to sales representatives.
• Develop assessments to measure training effectiveness and track trainee progress.
• Report training outcomes and maintain records of training activities.
