Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a candidate for a full-time rotational leadership program designed to rapidly develop operational skills across departments. You will engage in comprehensive training, participate in sponsored projects, and build key leadership relationships within the organization.

The program accepts a Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years of related experience or a High School Diploma/GED with 3–5+ years of specific experience; Master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/GED with 3 to 5+ years of specific experience.
• Able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• This position provides a formalized process for accelerating a participant’s experience with operational skills required to be an effective leader.
• Provides experience from training in all departments as well as suits the needs of the business.
• Rotational operations assignments in all departments, including sponsored projects, functional assignments, and development of key leadership relationships.
• Other duties as assigned.
