Job summary

Citygate Network seeks a Vice President of Leadership, Learning & Program to drive strategy, experiences, and partnerships that strengthen leadership development and ministry impact across North America. Reporting to the CEO, this role designs transformational learning experiences, cultivates strategic relationships, and equips ministry leaders across the network.

Qualifications

• Developer of Leaders: Equips and develops leaders through coaching, learning experiences, and practical application.
• Strategic Influencer: Builds trust quickly, fosters collaboration, and leads through influence across diverse leaders, ministries, and stakeholders.
• Learning Architect: Designs and scales transformational learning experiences—conferences, cohorts, coaching, and leadership initiatives.
• Executive Communicator: Communicates vision with clarity and credibility through speaking, facilitation, coaching, writing, and executive-level conversations.
• Ministry Credibility: Brings spiritual maturity, executive leadership experience, and practical ministry wisdom that earns trust of CEOs and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build the leadership development strategy, creating meaningful learning experiences for greater Kingdom impact.
• Design and cultivate conferences, cohorts, executive coaching, and learning communities across the network.
• Build trusted relationships with member ministries, providing executive coaching and practical leadership support.
• Lead strategy, development, and continuous improvement of leadership programs and learning experiences.
• Partner with the CEO and executive team to shape organizational strategy and advance Citygate’s mission.
