Job summary

Citygate Network in Colorado Springs seeks a visionary VP of Leadership, Learning & Program to shape strategy, experiences, and partnerships across North America. Reporting to the CEO, this role designs transformational learning experiences and equips ministry leaders from 330+ ministries to increase gospel-centered impact.

The ideal candidate will combine spiritual maturity with executive leadership, coach leaders, and scale programs such as conferences, cohorts, and coaching.

Qualifications

• Equips and develops leaders through coaching, learning experiences, and practical application that strengthens leadership effectiveness.
• Strategic influencer: builds trust quickly, fosters collaboration, and leads through influence across diverse leaders, ministries, and stakeholders.
• Executive communicator: communicates vision with clarity and credibility through speaking, facilitation, coaching, writing, and executive-level conversations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, experiences, and partnerships that strengthen leadership development across Citygate Network.
• Design transformational learning experiences—including conferences, cohorts, coaching, and leadership initiatives.
• Cultivate strategic relationships and equip ministry leaders across North America.
