Gateway Church is seeking a Team Success Lead to design and deliver leadership development programs and onboarding experiences for staff and volunteers. You will lead cohorts and training pathways that grow staff at every level, from first day through leadership roles, while partnering with the Executive Director of Team Success and Operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, education, ministry, or related field, or equivalent work experience — required
• Three+ years of experience in learning and development, training, or leadership development — required
• Experience in a large church, ministry, or mission-driven organization — preferred
• Coaching certification or training in adult learning, facilitation, or instructional design — preferred
• Familiarity with assessment tools such as StrengthsFinder, DISC, Working Genius, or Enneagram — preferred

Responsabilidades

• Designs and leads leadership development programs, cohorts, and training pathways.
• Shapes onboarding experience for new staff and Lead Team members.
• Plans and leads Team Chapel and other gatherings for staff development.
• Develops competencies and indicators for hiring, performance reviews, and growth plans.
• Leads performance reviews and equips managers with constructive feedback.
