Job summary

CHRISTUS Health seeks a Talent Development and Culture Consultant II to advance team effectiveness, coach leaders, and craft learning strategies that drive organizational results. You will collaborate with the Talent Development & Culture team and key stakeholders to identify strategies, prioritize projects, measure outcomes, and implement solutions that foster a high-performing culture.

The role requires data-informed decision making, strong listening and communication, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, HR, education, or related field.
• 3–5 years designing, implementing, facilitating, or managing adult learning programs.
• Experience coordinating organizational development & learning frameworks.
• Ability to work in blended virtual/face-to-face and matrixed organizational structure.
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and manages group dynamics when working with individuals and teams.
• Partners with leaders to provide coaching and support in implementing CHRISTUS Health's core leadership tools and processes.
• Gathers, analyzes and presents information on learning impact with meaningful metrics.
• Assists in developing communication and implementation plans for CHRISTUS system and regional initiatives.
