Job summary

RTI International seeks a Senior Culture & Experience Consultant to design and deliver initiatives that strengthen enterprise culture and employee experience. You will work across culture, change, and organizational development, partnering with HR and leaders to translate priorities into practical programs and leader interventions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree 15+ years of related experience, or Master’s 12+ years, or PhD 8+ years in HR, OD, psychology or related field.
• Strong consulting and relationship-building skills with leaders at all levels.
• Connect enterprise priorities, employee needs, and insights to practical solutions.
• Demonstrated program and project management capability with multiple priorities.
• Interpret qualitative and quantitative data to translate into recommendations and impact.
• Knowledge of culture, employee experience, organizational effectiveness, belonging, and change management.
• Ability to operate amid ambiguity and adapt portfolio responsibilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver integrated initiatives to strengthen enterprise culture and employee experience.
• Lead workshops, listening sessions, and interventions to improve connection and collaboration.
• Consult with HR and business leaders to diagnose needs and support major organizational change.
• Apply data and insights to measure impact and guide decisions.
• Lead projects from concept through implementation and continuous improvement.
• Develop change strategies, stakeholder plans, toolkits, and leader enablement materials.
• Partner with HR, Communications, and enterprise stakeholders to advance priorities.
• Serve as portfolio lead or contributor in areas such as listening, belonging, or OD.
