Job summary

Gallagher is seeking an AI Training Manager to accelerate AI adoption across a global organization. You will design and deploy a comprehensive training curriculum that upskills employees to use AI-powered tools responsibly and effectively, improving productivity and client outcomes.

As an individual contributor, you will lead curriculum strategy, develop learning experiences, partner with stakeholders, and nurture an enterprise AI Champions Network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years related experience required.
• Experience designing and delivering professional training or enablement programs.
• Strong facilitation and storytelling skills.
• Experience applying adult learning principles to learning design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Gallagher's AI training curriculum globally.
• Create role-based AI learning paths for sales, claims, operations, leaders and executives.
• Facilitate workshops, labs, and adoption events.
• Build and nurture the AI Champions Network and measure adoption outcomes.
• Translate AI concepts into practical business guidance for teams.
