Qualifications

• 20+ years of professional experience with senior leaders.
• Leadership experience in manufacturing or advanced technology preferred.
• Ability to ask difficult questions and remain present during conversations.
• Comfort challenging assumptions and surfacing blind spots.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership advising and executive coaching to clients.
• Design customized leadership development programs aligned with client goals.
• Support growth through thought leadership and relationship development.
• Travel to client locations as needed (8-10 nights per month) and onboard with Wingspan Performance System.
