Base Salary: $125,000-$140,000 during the first 6-month onboarding period, increasing to $140,000-$150,000 upon successful completion

The Leadership Advisor sits at the center of our client experience. You'll partner directly with leaders and teams to identify communication, behavioral, and mindset challenges that limit performance. Through coaching, facilitation, advising, and leadership development program design, you'll help clients create change that strengthens relationships, teams, and business results.
This role requires intellectual curiosity, emotional agility, and the ability to navigate difficult conversations with honesty, care, and precision.
