Job summary

Leadership Acceleration Consulting, part of Accenture, seeks a Senior Manager to lead high-level leadership strategy engagements with CEOs, boards, and executive teams. You will design, deliver, and scale programs across Board effectiveness, succession planning, culture change, and DEI initiatives while expanding client relationships.

You will influence organizational culture through leadership assessment, development, and coaching, applying AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience with C-suite leaders and boards.
• Leadership coaching and advisory experience.
• Psychological assessment of senior leaders.
• Organizational consulting and design expertise.
• Workshop design and facilitation (in-person/virtual).
• Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy or training.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver strategic leadership programs at the highest levels across leadership services.
• Lead senior-level engagements with CEOs, C-suite, and boards with credible margin.
• Develop and maintain senior networks to create business opportunities.
• Be a trusted advisor to leaders; build deep relationships with C-suite teams.
• Deliver high-quality work that aligns with client business strategy and value creation.
• Contextualize leadership insights to drive culture and business outcomes.
• Manage client portfolios and upskill teams; establish client relationships.
• Pilot new intellectual property within client systems.
• Grow client accounts with strategic growth plans and cross-offerings.
• Model inclusive culture and lead by example.
• Travel up to 30-35% as needed.
