About the Role:
- We are looking for a Leader, Product to define and lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for our enterprise (B2B) and consumer (B2C) wellbeing solutions.
- In this leadership role, you will shape the future of the Roundglass Living product ecosystem, identifying the most important problems to solve for individuals and organizations and translating them into differentiated, scalable product experiences. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Wellbeing experts, Marketing, Sales, and other leaders to build products that create meaningful user outcomes and sustainable business growth.
- You will also build and develop a high-performing product organization, establishing clear product practices, operating rhythms, and metrics that enable teams to move from insight to execution with focus and speed.
What You'll Do:
- Define Product Vision & Strategy: Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across enterprise, education, and consumer wellbeing solutions, aligned with Roundglass's mission and business priorities.
- Drive Product Innovation: Identify opportunities to use AI, personalization, data, behavioral science, and emerging technologies to create differentiated and meaningful wellbeing experiences.
- Lead the Product Lifecycle: Guide products from customer discovery and market validation through prioritization, development, launch, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement.
- Champion the User and Customer: Build a deep understanding of individual users, enterprise customers, and buyers, translating their needs into simple, engaging, personalized, and scalable experiences.
- Balance B2B and B2C Needs: Deliver compelling consumer experiences while addressing the administration, analytics, integration, security, scalability, and business requirements of enterprise customers.
- Build and Lead the Product Organization: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing product team that values strong product judgment, accountability, experimentation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Partner Across Functions: Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Wellbeing, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to translate product strategy into high-quality experiences and successful launches.
- Drive Data-Informed Decisions: Establish product KPIs and use customer insights, behavioral data, experimentation, market intelligence, and business metrics to prioritize investments and evaluate performance.
- Connect Product to Business Outcomes: Ensure product investments contribute to adoption, engagement, retention, customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and long-term differentiation.
- Lead Product Investment and Prioritization: Manage product budgets and resource allocation, making thoughtful trade-offs that balance customer impact, business value, strategic priorities, and ROI.
- Influence and Build Alignment: Communicate product strategy, performance, priorities, and trade-offs clearly to executive stakeholders while developing external partnerships that strengthen the Roundglass Living ecosystem.
Skills / Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive product management experience, including experience leading product teams and owning strategy for scaled digital products.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling B2B, B2C, or B2B2C products, with experience addressing the needs of both enterprise customers and individual users strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to define product vision and strategy and translate them into priorities, roadmaps, investments, and measurable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of AI-enabled products, personalization, data-driven experiences, and modern digital product development.
- Experience building consumer-grade digital experiences with a focus on usability, engagement, adoption, and retention.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to connect product decisions to customer value, competitive differentiation, revenue, retention, and growth.
- Experience using customer research, product analytics, experimentation, and market insights to guide product decisions.
- Demonstrated experience building, mentoring, and developing product teams in cross-functional environments.
- Strong collaboration skills across Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Sales, and other business functions.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues, communicate trade-offs, and build alignment.
Anticipated salary / compensation: $150,000-220,000 yearly. Experience: 10+ years.
