Job summary

Roundglass is seeking a Leader, Product to define and lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for enterprise and consumer wellbeing solutions. You will shape the Roundglass Living ecosystem, solve meaningful problems for individuals and organizations, and align with business priorities.

You will build a high-performing product organization and collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver measurable outcomes and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive product management experience.
• Experience leading product teams and owning strategy for scaled digital products.
• Proven ability to define product vision and translate into priorities and roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of AI-enabled products and data-driven experiences.
• Experience building consumer-grade digital experiences focusing on usability, engagement, adoption, and retention.
• Strong commercial acumen linking product decisions to revenue and growth.
• Experience using customer research, product analytics, experimentation, and market insights.

Responsibilities

• Define Product Vision & Strategy across enterprise, education, and consumer wellbeing solutions.
• Drive Product Innovation using AI, personalization, data, and emerging tech.
• Lead the Product Lifecycle from discovery through launch and optimization.
• Champion the User and Customer with simple, engaging experiences.
• Balance B2B and B2C needs including admin, analytics, security, and scalability.
• Build and lead a high-performing product organization.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive launches.
• Drive data-informed decisions with KPIs and customer insights.
• Connect product investments to adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
• Lead Product investment and prioritization with ROI considerations.
• Influence stakeholders and build alignment for external partnerships.
