Qualifications

• Proficient command of bilingual medical terminology and ethics of interpreting per NCIHC.

Responsibilities

• Leads system-wide translation and interpretation programs to meet regulatory and organizational standards.
• Oversees quality monitoring and improvement initiatives for language services.
• Builds relationships with management, staff and medical teams to support LEP and Deaf/HOH patients.
• Plans and manages budgets in collaboration with the director.
• Guides training and development of language services staff.
