Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a seasoned Learning & Development leader to shape the Leadership Excellence & Customer-Facing Skills program in Morristown. You will guide senior executives and first-line leaders, designing curricula that meet evolving market needs and reinforce a performance-driven culture across global teams.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled training design, impact assessment, and collaboration with Talent Acquisition and business partners to drive strategic capability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotechnology with foundation in field sales; progression into field leadership, Learning & Development, or Commercial Training.
• 2+ years as a first-line leader (preferably in pharmaceuticals).
• Adult learning/training design expertise, needs analysis, AI utilization, and measuring training effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Use AI to reimagine learning experiences and develop future-focused training curricula.
• Collaborate with global partners/functions to leverage resources and best practices.
• Coordinate with Customer Facing Capabilities/Commercial Training for curriculum execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
