Job summary

AMSOIL INC. is seeking a Senior Director, Integrated Planning and Supply Chain Transformation at our AMSOIL Center location in Superior, Wisconsin.

This strategic, data-driven leader will drive the evolution of enterprise planning by linking demand, supply, production, inventory, distribution and capacity into one integrated decision system. The role oversees forecasting accuracy, inventory health, and performance metrics while leading a multi-year transformation roadmap with analytics,

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in planning, inventory management, supply chain strategy, forecasting, or related disciplines with leadership responsibility.
• Proven success leading SIOP, S&OP, or Integrated Business Planning processes.
• Strong experience with ERP forecasting tools and planning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead AMSOIL's integrated planning organization across demand, supply, production, materials, inventory, capacity and distribution planning.
• Develop and maintain a reconciled enterprise plan aligning customer demand with operations and finances.
• Advance the SIOP process to improve visibility, decision-making and execution.
• Drive a multi-year transformation roadmap focused on analytics, automation and AI-enabled solutions.
• Establish governance, metrics, and accountability for planning excellence.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Sourcing, IT, and Finance to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team through succession planning and change management.
• Champion forecasting accuracy, inventory health, service levels, and data-driven decisions.
