Job summary

AMSOIL INC. is hiring a Customer Service Coordinator in Milwaukee, WI, within the Industrial & International Customer Service department.

You will support AMSOIL Industrial sales, handle inquiries, enter orders, coordinate logistics, and liaise with operations, production and distribution to meet customer needs. Responsibilities include answering questions on orders and pricing, maintaining CRM records, creating price lists, and coordinating third-party distribution, transportation, and stocking

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience with ERP systems such as EnterpriseOne (JDEdwards) and CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of direct support with customers throughout the product acquisition stage, domestically and internationally.
• Respond to customer questions regarding orders, pricing, and shipments.
• Communicate inventory needs with partnering departments in operations, production and distribution.
• Coordinate with third party providers for distribution, transportation, blending, packaging, and stocking.
• Enter all necessary information and input quality issues into CRM.
• Create and manage price lists and ensure accuracy at departmental and customer levels.
• Prepare customer-specific industrial labels using standard templates and software.
• Act as a key department resource for special projects.
