Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in strategic planning, product management and product marketing.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in lubricants, greases, base oils, additives, or industrial fluids.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio strategy and planning aligned with company goals and customer needs.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, pricing, positioning, and launch plans.
• Manage product lifecycle from opportunity through end-of-life with cross-functional teams.
• Gather market intelligence and translate insights into differentiated value propositions.
• Collaborate with Sales, distributors, and private-label channels to drive growth.
