Job summary

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits is seeking a Leader-in-Training (LIT) in Destin, FL to join a leadership development program. This hands-on role advances toward Assistant Store Leader or Store Leader positions by working with the District Manager and LIT Program Manager to ensure strong store performance.

The program targets a 6-month completion, with training, merchandising, inventory control, and key management tasks to prepare you for future leadership roles within ABC.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• At least 6 months of retail leadership experience or 2 years of education in Business Management or related field and equivalent experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ABC’s Core Values with guests and team members daily.
• Complete all training within the LIT program, targeting 6 months.
• Attend all LIT training sessions and meetings as scheduled.
• Travel to other stores as planned by DV Manager or LIT Program Manager.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and enhance store operations.
• Open/close the store and manage cash control.
• Develop supervisory skills including delegation, scheduling, training, and discipline.
