Buckle in Augusta is hiring a Part-Time Leader-in-Training and Floor Leader to drive guest experience and sales. You will work closely with Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and develop Teammates, while handling merchandising, cashiering, and daily operations.

The role emphasizes coaching, product knowledge, and maintaining Buckle’s standards of service across the sales floor and fitting rooms. Successful candidates demonstrate leadership and a passion for fashion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail or guest service preferred.
• Ability to lead by example and coach Teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service.
• Assist with merchandise display, inventory pulls and pricing.
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer service in store areas.
