Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Youth Program Manager to coach Guides, lead life skills workshops, and motivate students toward ambitious learning goals. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions and a culture of excellence across campuses.

You will build high-performing teams, establish new campuses, and maintain uncompromising standards while inspiring others to meet them. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching or related leadership role.
• Experience leading teams of five or more people and hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding standards.
• Lead life skills workshops to develop communication and leadership in students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Use data and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and accountability.
