Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Lead Guide to build and coach high-performing Guides across campuses. You will shape life-skills programs, motivate students, and maintain uncompromising standards as you scale the network.

You’ll lead workshops, leverage data and coaching conversations to raise performance, and collaborate with campus leaders to open new sites. This is a full-time, on-site role with relocation support available.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or related leadership.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to use data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience with children ages 5-14 in an educational, coaching, or developmental setting.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's standards.
• Lead life skills workshops developing communication, leadership, focus, and real-world skills.
• Motivate students to reach ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve performance.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and accountability.
