Job summary

Sacramento Children's Home is seeking a Family Specialist (Skills Trainer) to join a dedicated service team under the FSPW program. You will provide direct services to children and families per individualized plans, and apply high-fidelity wraparound techniques to support rehabilitation goals.

The role involves coordinating with schools, social workers, and other providers, and participating in team meetings. Salary ranges $22.85–$25.70 per hour with a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Experience in mental health field is preferred.
• Two years of college or an AA degree in Human Services or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to children and families as identified in individualized service plans.
• Implement wraparound and other interventions to address rehabilitation needs.
• Coordinate with external providers to ensure comprehensive care.
