The Lead Workshop Technician will assist and train the technicians in the shop, including operating devices and machinery, performing repairs, supervising shop staff, enforcing safety regulations and monitoring inventory and supplies.

Estimated Salary Range: $68,640 - $74,880 annually (DOE)
This position operates primarily in a workshop environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for extended periods; walk; bend; stoop; squat; kneel; crawl; climb; balance; push; pull; and reach overhead. The employee must be able to work safely in confined spaces and lift and/or move up to 50 pounds or more on an occasional basis. The position also requires the ability to operate tools, equipment, and machinery associated with crane diagnostics, maintenance, and repair activities. Visual acuity sufficient to inspect equipment, identify mechanical issues, read technical documents, and operate machinery safely is required.
