The Associate Regional Business Manager (ARBM) is an entry-level field sales development role designed to prepare high-potential individuals for future Regional Business Manager (RBM) positions within Tadano. The ARBM will work directly under the mentorship of Departmental Managers for a minimum of 12 months to develop a deep understanding of Tadano crane products, distribution strategy, CRM process, sales pipeline management, and the Tadano sales philosophy.
This role focuses on learning the full sales cycle within an assigned Area of Responsibility (AOR), supporting distributor and customer activity, and progressively assuming increased responsibility as competency is demonstrated.
During the first 12–18 months, the ARBM is expected to demonstrate competency in:
