Partner with operations, HR, IT, and finance to translate labor data into actionable insights, ensuring scalable design and governance. This role offers impact across multi-site operations and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading UKG or WFM implementations.
• Strong ability to design scalable org structures and rules.
• Experience building dashboards and KPIs from labor data.
