Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC) is seeking a lead for designing a standardized UKG business structure and Time & Attendance framework across our multi-site network to improve automation, compliance, scheduling capability, and labor visibility.

You will harmonize system design, enable Scheduler/Pro features, build labor analytics and KPI reporting, and partner with Operations, HR, Finance, and IT to translate workforce data into actionable insights for site and enterprise leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience designing UKG or similar WFM structures.
• Experience in manufacturing or multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Standardize the UKG business structure across all sites.
• Build a scalable organizational structure in UKG/WFM.
• Reduce site-by-site variation and manual workarounds.
• Establish governance and design standards.
• Optimize Time & Attendance for automation and efficiency.
• Align pay rules, work rules, labor levels, and approvals.
• Improve scheduling automation, punches, and accruals.
• Enable Scheduler / Pro capabilities.
• Ensure foundational structure supports advanced scheduling.
