This role will drive harmonization of foundational system design, enable advanced scheduling capabilities such as Shiftboard, and establish a sustainable workforce analytics capability that connects labor data, staffing patterns, overtime, productivity, absenteeism, and schedule adherence into actionable insights for site and enterprise leaders.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Reduce site-by-site variation and manual workarounds
  • Establish common governance and design standards
Optimizing Time & Attendance for automation and efficiency
  • Align pay rules, work rules, labor levels, job transfer logic, and approvals
  • Improve automation in scheduling, punches, exceptions, accruals, and labor allocation
  • Minimize manual intervention and local customization where not business-critical
Enabling Scheduler / Pro Capabilities
  • Ensure foundational structure supports advanced scheduling functionality
  • Define prerequisites, data design, and process requirements for implementation and adoption
  • Partner with operations to ensure scheduling design reflects how labor is truly deployed
Building labor analytics and insights
  • Create standardized labor reporting and KPI visibility across all locations
  • Support reporting on hours, overtime, staffing patterns, premiums, productivity, schedule adherence, absenteeism, and manager actions
  • Turn UKG data into actionable insights for site leaders and enterprise leaders
We're Looking For Someone Who...
  • Thinks end-to-end and takes ownerships for results
  • Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organization
  • Values collaboration, clarity and low-ego ways of working

Functional / Technical: UKG Pro / Workforce Management / Time & Attendance knowledge; strong understanding of business structure design, labor levels, pay rules, scheduling dependencies, and labor allocation; demonstrated ability to build workforce analytics, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting routines that translate complex labor data into clear business insights; ability to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities across overtime, staffing, productivity, schedule adherence, absenteeism, premiums, and manager actions; strong process design, data governance, systems thinking, and continuous improvement capability.

Business / Operational: Experience in manufacturing or multi-site operations; strong understanding of labor deployment, shift structures, union and non-union frontline scheduling realities, and how labor decisions impact cost, service, compliance, and productivity; ability to translate operational needs into practical system design, reporting outputs, and decision support tools; comfort partnering with HR, Operations, Finance, Payroll, IT, and site leaders to align analytics, process standards, and execution.

Leadership / Ways of Working: Curious, analytical, and action-oriented; able to simplify complex data and systems issues for non-technical audiences; strong stakeholder management and change leadership skills; comfortable challenging current ways of working while building trust with site teams; disciplined in follow-through, governance, and adoption so insights lead to measurable improvement.
