Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a result-driven professional to lead the design and implementation of standardized UKG structures, time and attendance, and staffing analytics across our multi-site network.

You will drive automation, governance, and scalable workforce insights that connect labor data to site and enterprise decisions. This role collaborates with HR, Operations, Finance, IT, and site leaders to deliver measurable improvements in cost and productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing standardized UKG structures across multi-site networks.
• Strong knowledge of labor rules, scheduling and analytics.
• Experience in manufacturing or multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of a standardized UKG business structure across the network.
• Define prerequisites, data design, and process requirements for implementation and adoption.
• Partner with operations to ensure scheduling design reflects how labor is deployed.
• Build labor analytics, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting routines translating complex data into insights.
