Job summary

Walmart Inc. in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Manager, Workforce Management to lead the end-to-end WM function for Marketplace Operations, guiding forecasting, scheduling, intraday execution and vendor performance.

You will build governance, drive continuous improvement, and coach Schedulers and Real-Time Analysts while partnering with Operations, Finance, Product, Analytics, HR and BPO teams to deliver strong service levels and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 8+ years in workforce management or contact center ops.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience with workforce optimization and vendor management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Workforce Management across assigned business areas.
• Own forecast intake through scheduling, intraday management, and reporting.
• Establish governance and best practices for Workforce Management.
• Lead schedule creation, optimization, publication, and changes.
• Balance staffing needs with employee experience and business goals.
• Manage intraday operations to meet service levels and occupancy targets.
• Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions for efficiency.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Product, Analytics, HR, and BPO teams.
