Qualifikationen

• Must have supervisory experience or higher in business/logistics.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Experience in human resources processes and Walmart HR experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems is expected.

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates in writing or verbally.
• Implement business plans by communicating goals and scheduling staff.
• Manage daily HR office functions: benefits, hiring, transfers, payroll, recruiting and staffing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and HR systems, handling related data and issues.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates on policies and procedures.
• Identify and resolve associate, customer, or supplier concerns; recommend corrective actions.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, assign duties, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
• Foster a culture of belonging, collaboration, and integrity aligned with Walmart values.
