Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 5–8 years of relevant experience, or 9–12 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience in construction, field engineering, or project planning environments.
• Knowledge of Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) principles preferred.
• Proficient with scheduling tools like Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Installation Work Packages (IWPs) and sequencing plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to remove constraints.
• Interface with field engineering, supervision, and subcontractors for delivery alignment.
• Maintain planning data and align with project milestones.
• Analyze project metrics and recommend improvements for workface planning.
• Support implementation of CWE programs and related tools.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align scope and priorities.
• Identify planning gaps and collaborate across teams to resolve issues.
• Contribute to training materials and knowledge sharing on workface planning and AWP.
