Job summary

Cannon Cochran Management Services, Inc. (CCMSI) is seeking a Workers' Compensation Claim Supervisor in Phoenix, AZ, with a hybrid schedule after training. The role leads a team of 4–5 claims professionals, guiding investigations, evaluations and settlements to meet Corporate Claim Standards and client expectations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years WC claims experience, AZ license, and proven leadership. The position offers a competitive salary of $90,000–$98,000 and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Workers’ Compensation claims handling experience.
• Prior supervisory or people-lead experience within Workers’ Compensation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and oversee adjusters in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of Arizona Workers’ Compensation regulations and practices.
• Active Workers’ Compensation adjuster license in Arizona.
• Excellent communication with adjusters, clients, and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Review, assign and supervise all claim activity for designated claims to ensure compliance with standards and instructions.
• Investigate, evaluate and adjust assigned claims in accordance with standards and laws.
• Manage reserves for designated claims within authority levels.
• Oversee medical, legal, and other invoices; negotiate settlements as needed.
• Authorize and process claim payments per procedures and authority.
• Provide education and development to claim staff.
