Qualifications

• 8+ years of Workers' Compensation claims adjusting experience
• 3+ years of claims leadership experience
• Must have in-depth knowledge of WC laws in SE states (FL, GA, NC, SC)
• Knowledge of DOI, NCCI, State rules and regulations
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and apply laws and regulations pertaining to WC

Responsibilities

• Ensures high level claims handling to comply with regulatory guidelines and internal standards
• Hires, develops, coaches, and retains staff to ensure performance
• Leads quality assurance and performance initiatives across the team
• Partners with other claim leaders to balance workload and share best practices
• Drives process improvements and workflow efficiency within the team
• Represents the division in meetings and enables succession planning
