Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Workers’ Compensation claims.
• Great understanding of Workers’ Compensation claims processes.
• Active property & casualty license.
• Ability to manage complex tasks with many variables.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and database programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and guidance to clients for prompt, fair handling of workers’ compensation claims.
• Develop action plans on high exposure claims.
• Monitor claims to ensure reserve and handling accuracy.
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters and clients to advocate for best resolution.
• Mentor Associate Claims Administrators on the team.
