Job summary

North Risk Partners in the United States is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Claims Administrator to advocate for clients and resolve claims in collaboration with Risk Advisors. You will build trusted relationships and provide expert guidance to ensure prompt, fair resolutions.

The role requires 6+ years of workers’ compensation experience, an active property & casualty license, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and databases is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree and 6+ years of Workers’ Compensation claims experience.
• Strong knowledge of Workers’ Compensation claim processes.
• Active property & casualty license.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build client relationships.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and database programs.
• Knowledge of ModMaster is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and guidance to clients for prompt, fair handling of workers’ compensation claims.
• Develop action plans on high exposure claims.
• Collaborate with risk advisors and clients to advocate for best claim resolution.
• Monitor claims to ensure accurate reserve and handling.
• Mentor junior associates on the team.
• Prepare and analyze loss history and claim reports to identify trends.
