Job summary

University System of Maryland Office is seeking a Workday Reporting Lead to guide reporting, analytics, and data architecture for the MD Connect Workday Consortium. This role shapes the reporting standards, data models, and secure, scalable solutions across the shared tenant.

The incumbent will lead a reporting team, partner with consortium institutions, and deliver executive-ready analytics packages while driving governance and architecture improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; experience in enterprise reporting and analytics preferred.
• 3+ years designing, supporting, or governing enterprise reporting solutions.
• Experience leading reporting projects and providing technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Leads design, development, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of complex Workday reports and dashboards.
• Develops advanced reporting solutions using Workday tools and Prism Analytics datasets.
• Translates business requirements into scalable reporting solutions and confirms outcomes with stakeholders.
